The Brady Bunch

A pair of Laurel Lamps (Model # H-837) were used as props in the master bedroom of Carol and Mike Brady in the iconic sitcom The Brady Bunch which aired from 1969-1974. The Laurel pieces can clearly be seem in multiple episodes including —  “Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore” (1969),  “The Personality Kid” (1971) and “The Elopement” (1973).

“A Very Brady Renovation”

In 2019, the HGTV network launched a series called “A Very Brady Rennovation” which was a series chronicling the restoration of the original set used for the Brady Bunch house. One episode of the HGTV show features a search for two Laurel Lamps that were in the master bedroom on the Brady set.  These were located and attribution was given to Laurel on screen by HGTV.
